Leadership Development

Our work in leadership development focuses on classroom facilitation and one to one coaching. Covering topics such as:

We are experienced in delivering programmes where the emphasis is on developing self awareness, skill improvement and action planning. Participants are encouraged and challenged to reflect on real life work challenges as the context for improving key leadership skills. A typical programme would be built around core skills identified in advance with the client organisation and would mix theory with practical application through exercises and reflection on real life challenges.

Communication Skills

Our work in the communication skills field includes:

Working in groups participants learn new or enhance existing skills but the emphasis is always on practising, application and receiving feedback from colleagues and expert facilitators so that they go away able to use the skills in the work place.

Coaching Skills

Either independent of the classroom or in conjunction with a group programme we offer one to one coaching services. The nature of each session will vary dependent on the needs of the coachee but may incorporate reflection and interpretation of 360 degree feedback or psychometric assessments to highlight key areas for development, discussion of options for improving skills or discussion of a specific workplace challenge the coachee is currently experiencing.
