Steve Apps is a partner in an HR consultancy and a director in a leadership training business. He has worked on a diverse number of projects in areas such as executive assessment, performance management, recruitment, coaching and action learning. He has delivered management training for Vodafone Group and Mars throughout Europe. He was recently involved in two large organisation restructure projects, designing assessment centre processes at all levels from Regional Directors to Middle managers for Rentokil Initial companies. He provides coaching for high talent managers from HBOS, IBM, Ernst & Young and Zurich Financial Services. He is also a specialist in facilitation, and uses graphic facilitation tools to help organisations develop strategy, improve internal processes and enhance the effectiveness of their internal communications. Marcello Mereu started as a Teaching Assistant in Human Resources Development (College of Europe, Bruges). In 2003, after a six-month traineeship in the Training Unit of the European Commission in Brussels, Marcello has worked in various fields for a number of clients across the globe. Marcello can train in English, French, Italian and Spanish. In 1998, James founded Market Focus Ltd., an international consultancy providing executive training and coaching to blue-chip organizations. Frank O’Halloran | View / hide profile

Frank O’Halloran is an experienced training consultant and executive coach, specialising in developing individuals for Leadership roles and assisting executives in developing their management, communication and problem-solving skills. For over 16 years, Frank has worked with managers as well as teams in over 30 countries around the world for many of the leading global corporations.

In addition to his private sector experience, Frank worked for over 10 years at the United Nations and The Multinational Force and Observers, an independent international organization responsible for monitoring compliance with the Treaty of Peace between Egypt and Israel, as Director of HR and Public Affairs. At the MFO, Frank managed a team of four people, recruited for professional positions in Italy, Egypt and Israel, handled all press relations, and wrote the Annual Report of the Director General each year, as well as a book, Servants of Peace, about the mission and history of the organization.
